Trustee - ChairJoanna and her husband moved from London to Walton-On-Thames in 2017 to bring up their young children. For five years Joanna was a trustee of Citizens Advice Elmbridge (West) but decided to join the board of NSDAS when the charities separated in 2023. In her professional life Joanna is a lawyer specialising in construction and infrastructure projects with particular experience in the health, education, transport and renewables sectors. More recently, she has been advising on operational PFI projects and working closely with stakeholders to rescue projects in distress. Joanna is also actively involved with a number of women’s networks in the sector and regularly provides pro bono legal advice to a number of high-profile charities.Tania Bennett

Trustee - TreasurerTania was appointed as a trustee in 2023. She currently leads a London based accounting practice that provides online accounting consultancy and tax services to SMEs and start-ups. She is an experienced finance professional with a history in banking and accountancy, with a breadth of experience in finance, process improvement and FinTech. In her spare time you’ll find Tania hacking around a golf course, at a HIIT class or providing a ‘Mum’ taxi service.Linda Bullen

Linda has more than 20 years’ experience of supporting leaders and leadership teams in implementing change and finding ways to work together more effectively. She also brings experience of leading HR functions for a number of different organisations both within the local area and abroad. Linda is committed to helping leaders fulfil their potential both personally and in terms of what they deliver within organisations. Linda has lived and worked from Elmbridge and the local area for the majority of the past decade. She has become a Trustee of North Surrey Domestic Abuse Service because she has seen the excellent work carried out by the service and how clients and their children have benefitted from it. Linda is also a trustee at Citizens Advice Elmbridge West.Natasha Davidson

She serves as the Chief Marketing Officer at Group GTI, a career discovery platform dedicated to helping university graduates and school leavers connect to meaningful careers. She also serves as a Venture Partner and Marketing Advisor with Emerge Education, Europe’s leading edtech venture capital firm. She is an advisory board member at Inventorium Education, a new venture dedicated to helping marginalised and under-represented young people re-engage with education and skills training. She lives in Sunbury-on-Thames, and when not working, she loves spending time outdoors, reading, travelling and all things tea. She’s currently studying to be a Tea Sommelier with the UK Tea Academy.Terence Gale

TrusteeTerence is committed to furthering the work in the domestic abuse sector and joined the new North Surrey Domestic Abuse Service board in 2023. He remains on the board of Citizens Advice Elmbridge West since joining back in 2003. Terence helps in the finance area due to his chartered accountancy background. Spare times sees him drooling over his interests in classic cars, most of which are out of reach, and occasional forays to the golf course to get good exercise.Kathryn Kernick

In addition to joining the NSDAS board in 2023, Kathryn has been a Trustee with Citizens Advice Elmbridge West since 2020. Kathryn has been an Elmbridge resident for 16 years and lives with her husband in Walton-on-Thames. She is happiest when outdoors and enjoys sailing, rowing and horse riding.Natalia Marten

TrusteeNatalia is a survivor of domestic and sexual violence. She works full-time on International Development at The London School of Hygiene and Tropical Medicine. She also volunteers as an ICV Independent Custody Visitor and makes regular visits to the Custody Suit at Kingston Police Station. Natalia is a Thames Ditton resident and is also a proud mother of 3 adult children. Natalia joined as trustee to North Surrey Domestic Abuse Service in 2023.Amy Rylance

TrusteeAmy started her professional life working with people who had learning disabilities and mental health issues. This taught her a huge amount about the transformative effect of creating more personalised support for people and established her life-long interest in the societal factors that influence our health. This led to a role working across Bradford District to reduce health inequalities and improve care. In this role Amy was able to immerse herself in the day to day workings of the NHS – considering the social factors that impacted on everything from primary care usage to hospital discharge. For the past decade Amy as worked in national charity sector roles that tangibly improve NHS care through clinical education, leadership development, policy and health influencing. Addressing social injustice and health inequalities have always been a central theme to Amy's work and was the major draw to becoming a trustee at NSDAS in 2023.Neill Stacey

TrusteeNeill is a IT professional that works within Service Management Consulting. He works for Capgemini and has worked on projects at HMRC, Home Office and NS&I. These have been around transformation of services including processes and governance of them.
Previously he has worked in the oil industry, Financial services, dealing with companies like Shell, Schumberger, NCSC, GCHQ, BP, BNYE, Reuters.
Neill has worked in different countries over the years in his career undertaken Service Management, Project Management and supporting activities. Neill joined NSDAS as the IT trustee in 2024. Neill's interest include reading, music, travel.
